Heirloom Objects: The Silk Scarves
Each scarf in the "Lucky Charm" collection encompasses all things that I have found to be lucky in my life. I hand-drew each motifs to represent the charms that have popped up at meaningful times to affirm that I am on the right path. I hope they bring you lots of luck.
Materials:
Printed with non-toxic, vegetable-based ink on 100% silk charmeuse fabric and hand-finished with matching cotton thread.
Care Instructions:
If you need to wash your silk scarf, hand wash it in cold water with gentle soap. Lay out flat to dry. The silk will lose its softness at first after contact with water but iron it on the matte (wrong) side on a synthetic setting and wear as usual - the silkiness will return! Note: Scarf may shrink slightly after the first wash.
